Caz also an owner here at ego, started as Laylas apprentices many years ago and worked up the ladder to achieve ownership back in 2018. Caz love her client base and giving them the best customer service and hair possible. She is our bridal hair specialist, along side mastering balayage, long hair cuts and extensions. She looks at all the small details in every clients Ego experience to make it as perfect and personal as possible.

Sarah Vaughan 

Artistic Director & Head of Education

Our newest member here at Ego, but definitely not new to hairdressing. Sarah has worked in the industry for 26 years mastering all things hairdressing, with every qualification going she is skilled in all areas including barbering and bridal.

When Sarah isn’t busy giving her clients the Ego make over in the chair, she is focused on helping the next generation of stylists become the best possible hairdressers they can be, as our in house educator and assessor for our future styling team.

Sarah also offers nano, tape and flat tip hair extensions.

Sian Crowe

Senior Stylist

Sian is skilled in all things hairdressing from creative colours to gents cuts. Sian has a flair for bespoke creative colouring especially within the vivid pallet.

Sian also has senior experience with extensions, she specialises in Weft extensions, tape extensions, nano bonds and flat tip keratin.

Tegan Bishop

Senior Stylist

Tegan loves being creative and wild with different hair styles and colours she loves a challenge and makes it her mission to give all her clients her best as she loves making people feel unstoppable because of their hair . Tegan is offers micro ring , stick tip and tape extensions as an option for her clients to have the ultimate makeover with Tegan extension training.

Assistant

Kelsie love all things creative she loves trying out new styles and is eager to learn, she is unmatched in her impressive blow dries as she has been extensively trained by Caz and Layla in their finishing school.

Melissa Till

Assistant

Melissas favourite part of hairdressing is using her creative skills, she loves to dress out hair and is another one to watch with her impressive blow dry skills another fabulous up and coming talent also extensively trained by Layla and Caz. Mel loves making women feel empowered by their hair!
